Oyo state Governor, Seyi Makinde recovers from coronavirus infection

Oyo State Governor, Seyi Makinde has recovered from the coronavirus disease he tested positive for a few weeks ago. He announced via his Twitter handle that he has tested negative twice for the disease on Sunday, April 5th, 2020.

Oyo State Governor is one of the three state Governors in Nigeria tested positive for the coronavirus disease. It is a piece of good news that he had recovered successfully and this is a very good one for the people of Oyo State.

He specially thank Professor Temitope Alonge, who acted as the head of Oyo state Covid-19 Task force.

Governor Seyi Makinde is one of the three state Governors in Nigeria who tested positive for the disease.

The total number of cases as of April 5, 2020, in 13 States and FCT is 232 coronavirus cases, and 33 people have been discharged while 5 deaths have been recorded.

Meanwhile, staying at home have been prescribed as the only solution to staying safe and preventing the spread of the virus.
